Initial assessment to understand the client's business objectives, user needs, and existing design assets, both design and development.

Development of a plan to build the Design System, including the definition of design principles, governance processes, and the outlining of the roadmap for development and implementation.

Design and document the core UI components and patterns that will form the building blocks. Create reusable components such as colors, fonts and icons, buttons, etc.

Create interactive prototypes to validate the Design System's components and patterns with real users. This involves iterative testing and refinement to ensure usability, accessibility, and effectiveness across different devices and platforms.

Provide support for implementing the design system (repo) and frontend code libraries. This includes offering guidance, best practices, and resources to help developers integrate and visualize components effectively.

Create training sessions and workshops for designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and use of the design system.
